SHIPPING & HANDLING
Receive free shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and other U.S. territories).
Free returns on all orders if product is eligible for return (see returns for eligibility)
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping will take between 2-7 days once in transit. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. David Lerner NY is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. David Lerner NY is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
All customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
Express and Overnight shipping cut-off is 12:00pm PST and only offered for domestic orders. Orders submitted after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched.
Orders over a certain amount may require a signature upon delivery.
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
If you refuse a shipment from David Lerner, you are responsible for the original shipment charges, return shipping charges, and any additional fees. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject to fraud review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated and we thank you for shopping with David Lerner.
All orders placed are FINAL and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders.
