RETURN & EXCHANGES
David Lerner offers free returns on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and other U.S. territories). Items purchased from davidlernerny.com which are NOT MARKED FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 30 days of order date.
Once your item(s) are received, please allow 5-15 business days for your return to be processed. Items received after 30 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for refund and we reserve the right to either be return to customer or issued store credit.
All orders need to be addressed to our facility: 7860 Nelson Road Van Nuys CA. 91402. Also enclosed is a Return Form that MUST be filled out and sent back with the item(s) you are returning. If the return form is not enclosed your item will not be refunded.
- For U.S. orders, visit davidlernerny.com/a/returns, enter your order number and email address associated with your order.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and list your reason for the return/exchange.
- Include the return form or original invoice with your return.
- Pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided below.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive to our warehouse, and an additional 7-14 business days for processing. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

NOTE: If you are shipping a return to us using your own mail carrier (at your cost), we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please keep and be able to provide our Customer Service team with your return tracking number/information at firstname.lastname@example.org David Lerner will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
We do accept international returns. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, duties, and accrued fees.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
- All intimate apparel and items marked FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
- We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags.
- Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
- Any item over 50% off or/and marked final sale is not subject to return
- We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from davidlernerny.com not through any of our retail stores.
