RETURN & EXCHANGES

David Lerner offers free returns on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii). Items purchased from davidlernerny.com which are NOT ON SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 30 days of order date.

Once your item(s) are received, please allow 5-15 business days for your return to be processed. Items received after 30 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for refund and will either be return to customer or issued store credit. 

All orders come with a prepaid shipping label enclosed addressed to our facility: 7860 Nelson Road Van Nuys CA. 91402. Please use it to ship items back to us. Also enclosed is a Return-Exchange Form that MUST be filled out and sent back with the item(s) you are returning. If the return form is not enclosed your item will not be refunded. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do accept international returns. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, duties, and accrued fees.

EXCHANGES

Please fill out the form in your package with the details of your exchange. Depending on availability, we will be able to process your exchange. If you would like to check availability of your exchange please contact us at contact@dlcollection.com or visit our online store. If product is not available we will refund the amount to the original form of payment.

Please note, all exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date or David Lerner might send back product or issue store credit.

Please note:

• All intimate apparel, bodysuits and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
• We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags.
• Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
• We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from davidlernerny.com not through any of our retail stores.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Receive free shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and other U.S. territories). 

Free returns on all orders if product is eligible for return (see returns for eligibility)

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping will take between 2-7 days once in transit. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. David Lerner NY is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. David Lerner NY is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

All customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. 

Please note:

• Express and Overnight shipping cut-off is 12:00pm PST and only offered for domestic orders. Orders submitted after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

• We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched.

• Orders over a certain amount may require a signature upon delivery.

• We ship orders Monday-Friday.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a shipment from David Lerner, you are responsible for the original shipment charges, return shipping charges, and any additional fees. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject to fraud review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated and we thank you for shopping with David Lerner. 

SALE TERMS   

All orders placed are FINAL and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders. 

All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or store credit. No Exceptions.
